Any contract that may result from this Competition (the “Goods Contract”) will be issued for a term of seven (7) years (“the Term”). Value for Seven (7) year contract is €1,628,008. RFT 1.5 The Contracting Authority reserves the right to extend the Term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of five (5) such extension or extensions on the same terms and conditions, subject to the Contracting Authority’s obligations at law.
