East Renfrewshire Council is currently inviting tenders from suitably qualified companies for Provision of Training Providers/Consultants Workplace Training Courses This tender is split into 2 Lots: Please note the annual budget for both lots has been inflated for the purposes of allowing flexibility of the overall budget between both lots and to allow all Departments the option of approaching the successful providers to deliver departmental specific training events over and above the “corporate” training requirements. The “corporate” annual value will be approximately 10000 Pounds Sterling for each Lot. There is no guarantee given with regard to the Council’s overall spend or uptake. Lot 1 – Corporate Training - Estimated Annual Value 20000 Pounds Sterling Lot 2 – Bespoke/Leadership Development- Estimated Annual Value is 20000 Pounds Sterling Lot 1: Lot 1 Corporate Training Calendar We are looking for a maximum 3 providers to be appointed to framework after evaluation who can provide a wide range of typical off the shelf workplace training courses such as Taking Notes & Minutes, Negotiating Skills, Creativity & Innovation, Facilitation Skills, Coaching Skills for Managers, Handling Difficult Conversations/People, Supervisory Skills, Managing Remote Worker, Problem Solving & Decision Making etc Lot 2: Lot 2 – Bespoke/Leadership Development The Council is looking for a sole provider to deliver our annual 7 day leadership development programme. The course content must specifically be developed to align to the Council’s leadership competencies, 5 capabilities and workplace values. The programme may also require use of Psychometric Testing, 360 feedback, 1/1 coaching, role plays with assessment/feedback to support the programme. In addition, there may be a requirement to develop a new bespoke “Corporate” event or a request from a Senior Manager/Head of Service/Director to address a specific team/departmental need e.g. Team Building following a departmental restructure.
