The British Embassy in Bogota, Colombia was seeking to appoint a supplier that could provide the Provision of Maintenance Services and Works in order to continue to maintain the quality of spaces of the buildings and residences; this works includes Plumbing Services, Gas services, Painting Services, Tiles Installation, Drywall, Polish Wooden Floor, upholstery & carpets cleaning, supply and maintenance of glass partition, porch maintenance for the residence, gutters cleaning, residence fountain maintenance for the Embassy and residential properties, as well as Provide technical management service and ensure that the Embassy and residential property grounds are maintained throughout the entire contract duration. Lot 1: This works includes Plumbing Services, Gas services, Painting Services, Tiles Installation, Drywall, Polish Wooden Floor, upholstery & carpets cleaning, supply and maintenance of glass partition, porch maintenance for the residence, gutters cleaning, residence fountain maintenance for the Embassy and residential properties, as well as Provide technical management service and ensure that the Embassy and residential property grounds are maintained throughout the entire contract duration. The Contract is for a maximum period of up to five (5) years. The original contract length will be for three (3) years, with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year periods upon agreement between Authority and Contractor.
