Prior Information Notice - FM Cleaning Services (including window cleaning)

The Council would like to welcome you to the briefing for our upcoming tender opportunity. The purpose of this prior information notice and the Potential Supplier Briefing Pack is to provide strategic context, an overview of the Council’s current position with regards to its wider exciting and ambitious commissioning programme and outline the specific scope of this opportunity being commissioned through the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Building Cleaning Services RM6130 DPS Agreement. The proposed contract duration will be 3 years with an option to extend for a further 12 months up to maximum 36 months (3+1+1+1). The Council would like to ensure local SME’s and other businesses are given the opportunity to tender. All potential suppliers who would like to bid for this opportunity must ensure they are registered on the Building Cleaning Services CCS RM6130 DPS Agreement: Dynamic Purchasing System Marketplace - Supplier Registration Service (cabinetoffice.gov.uk) Please note that all clarification requests relating to the attached Project Brief are to be submitted to the Council via this E-Tender portal (www.londontenders.org). Any clarification requests you may have will need to be submitted via the E-Tender portal (www.londontenders.org) by 12:00 Noon on 11th April 2022. Please note that it is the Council's intention to release the ITT pack via the CCS DPS portal on 3rd May 2022 therefore should you wish to partake in this new procurement, then you will need to complete your application to register with CCS DPS as quickly as possible so that CCS can review your submission and determine whether you meet the necessary criteria to become a registered DPS Supplier. This can take CCS approximately 14 days to review and process your registration therefore we would encourage you to complete your application and submit to CCS by 17:00 hrs on 13th April 2022. If you are successful then this will enable your Company to be invited to tender for this project as well as other future tender opportunities that may arise with other public sector Authorities via CCS. Should you already be an approved registered DPS Building Cleaning Services Provider of CCS (Crown Commercial Services) then you will receive the Supplier Briefing pack from CCS.
