Plastering – Domestic Properties

Tender description

The Council has currently got a need to engage with local contractors able to deliver plastering works within occupied and void domestic properties across the City of Leeds. We are looking to engage with multiple contractors to gauge their interest in being included within an approved list of contractors. The intention is for the Council to batch multiple jobs together, which will then be sent onto the interested contractors to bid for using a price only exercise with the lowest price submitted being awarded the works.
