Lot 240269: Loughs Agency Garage Conversion You are invited to submit a Tender for the Garage Conversion in Loughs Agency. The closing date for the return of tenders is no later than 17:00hrs Monday 25th April 2022. Commencement of works - Tuesday 31st May 2022. Completion of works - Wednesday 31st August 2022. Form of Contract - NEC 4 Engineering and Construction Short Subcontract. Liquidated & Ascertained Damages - £300 per week.
