Tender description

Iarnród Éireann (IÉ) will establish a multi participant, multi-lot framework agreement for the provision of building and structures maintenance services for IÉ and Córas Iompair Éireann (CIÉ). IÉ and CIÉ require the services of competent contractors for the provision of building, facilities and structures maintenance and small works services. Lot 1: Lot 1: Schedule B - LABOUR WITH TRANSPORT Provision of labour with transport. The provision of labour resources with a transport and tools to execute planned cyclical maintenance and fault reported reactive maintenance works within defined geographical locations. Contracts will provide for a minimum value of the tendered weekly rate by 50 weeks per annum. Lot 2: Lot 2: Schedule C - CALL OUT BUILDING TRADES SERVICES Provision of call off services for urgent and emergency front line works required to carry out repairs and remedial works to building and structures within defined geographical locations. The type of works will require specialist and qualified tradespersons. In order for IÉ to access these services it intends to contract with a maximum of five Framework members to each geographical location. Lot 3: Lot 3: Schedule D - TRADES RESOURCES FOR SMALL PLANNED MAINTENANCE WORKS Provision of planned, low value, small building maintenance works for ad-hoc requirements and will be based on tendered day rates for tradespersons and semi-skilled operatives along with agreed mark-ups for materials and plant.
