As a mixed-use housing provider our strategy is predicated on a strong performing sales function able to influence site specific developments and ensure the homes built are suitable and marketable for within the local housing market. Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 16 lots as follows: Lot 1 Development Consultants, Lot 2 Valuation Consultants, Lot 3 UK Sales Agents, Lot 3A Overseas Sales Agents, Lot 4 Creative Marketing Design Agencies, Lot 5, PR Agencies, Lot 5a Social Media Agencies, Lot 6 Model Makers, Lot 7 CGI, Lot 8 Interior Designers, Lot 9 Home User Guide Providers, Lot 10 Marketing Suite Providers, Lot 11 Media Buying, Lot 12 Cleaning, Lot 13, Landscaping, Lot 14 Part X Assisted Move Asset Manager, Lot 15 Customer Experience Solution and Lot 16 Signage. Lot LOT 1: Development Consultants Catalyst is seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines Lot 1 Development Consultants - The requirement is to provide advice on developments from mix, tenure, pricing, specification, target purchaser profile, planning, affordable housing etc. Development Consultants are invited to express an interest by completing the required Standard Questionnaire which is being made available via the Delta eSourcing Portal. This should include both London schemes and also those in the Counties region. Experience would be needed in both market sectors. Lot LOT 3: UK Sales Agents Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. Lot 3 - UK Sales Agents - The requirement is to provide a full sales and marketing service as required on either large or smaller developments. Lot LOT 3A: Overseas Sales Agents Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. Lot 3A - Overseas Sales Agents - This requirement is to provide a full sales and marketing service as required on either large or smaller developments focussing solely on ability to sell overseas, with UK link and branch network included Lot LOT 4: Design & Creative Agencies Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. Lot 4 - Design & Creative Agencies - This requirement is to provide creative marketing and branding services, which may include online, offline, signage, hoarding, wrapping, marketing collateral, creative work, digital and other bespoke marketing work. Lot LOT 5: PR Agencies Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. Lot 5 PR Agencies - This requirement is to provide PR services including PR strategy, press releases, social media influencers, award entries, testimonials, brand awareness, social engagement and events. Lot LOT 5A: Social Media Agencies Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 5A - Social Media Agencies - this requirement is to provide Social media strategy and Management Lot LOT 6: Model Makers Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 6 Model Makers - This requirement is to design and create bespoke development Models for using in marketing suites Lot LOT 7: CGI & 3D Visualisation Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 7 CGI + 3D Visualisation - this requirement is for bespoke CGI design and creation for developments, interior and exterior and local street scenes Lot LOT 8: Show Home Interior Designers Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 8 Show Home Interior Design - This requirement is to create and design interior design schemes for show homes, apartment and on occasion, marketing suites too. Lot LOT 9: Home User Guide Providers Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 9 Home User Guides - This requirement it to create and compile home user guides for all of our sales properties prior to handover Lot LOT 10: Marketing Suite Suppliers Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 10 Marketing Suite Suppliers - This requirement is to design a concept and create and install marketing suites for our sales developments. Lot LOT 11: Media Buying Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 11 Media Buying - This requirement is to complete a media buying strategy, persona work and media audit, both offline and online, out of home, digital, social media, web portals GDN, PPC and other media sources as directed. Lot LOT 12: Cleaning Services Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 12 Cleaning Services - This requirement is to provide cleaning services for show homes, marketing suites, stock plots and sparkle cleans on handover of our properties. Lot LOT 13: Landscape Services Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 13 Landscaping - This requirement is to provide landscaping design and concept for show areas in our marketing suite and complete installation service. Also maintenance of show areas, grass cutting, and stock plot maintenance. Lot LOT 14: Part Exchange & Assisted Move Asset Managers Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 14 Part Exchange & Assisted Move Asset Managers - This requirement it to provide an valuation reports, instruct and manage estate agents on behalf of our clients through an asset management solution. To also provide PX asset management services, including regular reporting, marketing suggestions, property visits and management. Lot LOT 15: Customer Contact Centre / Experience Solution Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines LOT 15 Customer Contact Centre / Experience Solution - This requirement is to manage and respond to inbound and outbound calls, emails and web leads generated by Catalyst. Update and input to a CRM system and arrange next step appointments, or answer general queries from enquirers. Lot LOT 16: Signage Catalyst is now seeking to establish a Framework Agreement for a period of four (4) years for a full suite of Sales & Marketing Services to be split across 18 disciplines. LOT 16 Signage - This requirement is for the supply, delivery and installation of signage by a competent and experienced contractor, at various locations throughout London and Counties, bearing in mind that signage size and type will differ from site to site.
