Tender description
As part of the successful TCF bid the City Council will be undertaking projects on a number of corridors to improve provision for travel by walking, cycling or using the bus. In a few locations it is proposed to provide full text Variable Message signs RGB (VMS) signs so that messages can be displayed about road conditions, use of alternatives to the car etc. Keywords: VMS, Road Sign, Variable Screen Message
