NCH- Building Surveyor Services

Tender description

The Employer is seeking to appoint a consultant to undertake a programme of roof surveys of NCH owned properties across the city region. The programme estimates approximately 1500 surveys will be required annually over 3 years i.e., approximately 4500 in total. The commission will be for an initial period of two years (24 months) with the Employer having the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The extension will be at the sole discretion of the Employer who may take the performance and meeting KPI minimum service levels into consideration when making the decision.
