CP2025-20 Domestic Abuse Awareness and Response Training Package

Tender description

Devon County Council (DCC) is seeking to contract with a Bidder that can develop the content for a tiered Domestic Abuse Awareness and Response Training Package that is delivered as an e-learning package via the Devon Learning Pool (DeL) portal. DeL allows staff members to access and complete mandatory or optional training when required. User access is via an email and password with a record of learning retained for proof and further development if required. The system allows for course to be completed in one go or over a period of time dependent upon the duration of course and/or learner. The requirements of this procurement comprise of five stages: a) Development of the Domestic Abuse specific course content across Level 1,2 and 3 of training Package b) Work with Devon County Council to development of an interactive e-learning package for Level 1, 2 and 3 c) Design and facilitation of the Level 3 Virtual Practice Session (in a 1 2 Many situation) d) Development of the Competency and Assessment Suite e) On-going up-date and maintenance of course content (if required)
