This tender is to procure a solution to allow South Wales Fire and Rescue Service to stream hybrid meetings live from the Service Headquarters so they can be viewed by members of the public via an appropriate portal / webpage.Please note, for the purposes of this tender, hybrid meetings are defined as meetings with attendees being in person and / or using video conference technology.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=119955.The buyer has indicated that it will accept electronic responses to this notice via the Postbox facility.
