Tender description

Tenders were invited for the supply of Street Cleansing Services on behalf of Stratford-on-Avon District Council. The Contract will be for an initial period of seven (7) years commencing 1st August 2022, with the option to extend the Contract by further periods not exceeding 84 months at the discretion of the Authority and agreement of the Contractor based on the contract performance of the successful Tenderer. The estimated contract value was approximately £1.5 million per 12-month period. Lot 1: This contract shall include the following Services: street cleansing services; leaf fall clearance; emptying and cleansing of litter bins, dog waste bins and on-street recycling bins; car parks cleansing; removal of dead animals; removal of fly-tipped waste; removal of graffiti and fly posting; removal of clinical sharps; cleansing of street furniture; events cleansing; weed control and removal; winter gritting and snow clearance
