Poplar HARCA requires a cleaning contractor predominantly for its community buildings but also other buildings owned or managed by Poplar HARCA. The services include (but are not limited to): - cleaning of the inside of community buildings and possibly other buildings; -some non-regular and emergency cleaning (if required); - provision of all cleaning materials, equipment and chemicals necessary to meet the standards of cleanliness required; - provision of consumables; - window cleaning; - washroom services; Lot 1: Poplar HARCA requires a cleaning contractor predominantly for its community buildings but also other buildings owned or managed by Poplar HARCA.
