Tender description

The Town Council own The Gatehouse, High Street, Chepstow, NP16 7HF which is a Grade II listed building. Following a Conditioning Survey in 2018 a planned schedule of works has been developed to which the Town Council have committed to undertake. An extensive refurbishment of the exterior of the building is nearing completion and the internal works are ready to commence.
