East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced contractor to undertake the Survey, supply & installation of bathrooms to domestic properties within the boundary of the council. East Renfrewshire Council are looking to appoint a suitably experienced service provider to undertake the Survey, supply & installation of bathrooms to domestic properties within the boundary of East Renfrewshire. The works comprise;- Replacement of 100 bathrooms each year within various types of properties throughout the East Renfrewshire Area over a 4 year period which this contract is. Note the duration is for 2 year with the council reserving the right to extend up to a further 2 X 12 months giving a 4 year period in total. The location and the quantity of properties may be subject to review and adjustments during the Contract due to changes in stock condition surveys, bringing forward of property void works and introduction of new properties or amendment to budgets requirements. ERC may also introduce additional properties at their discretion during the term of the contract.
