Fire Related Services to provide servicing of fire alarms, emergency lighting and FFE

The contract comprises of the maintenance of Fire Extinguishers, Emergency Lighting, Fire Detection and Alarm Systems and Domestic Sprinkler Systems within ClwydAlyn properties across all counties within North Wales and Welshpool. This includes the periodic servicing, rectification of faults and timely response to emergency callouts following activations, damage, or faults.For the duration of this contract the Service Provider shall be a member of a third-party certification registration organisation such as BAFE or other equally approved organisation.
