Contract for provision of Job Evaluation Services to the University of Limerick

Tender description

Under the EU threshold value, the University gives notice to invoke analogy to Article 32 2b for a derogation from tendering for the provision of Job Evaluation Services to UL. This service is the reactivation of the Job Evaluation Process in UL as sanctioned by the Department of Further & Higher Education, Research, Innovation & Science. The approved scheme is based on the continued use of the Hay Method by the University. Korn Ferry Hay Group have exclusive rights the the Hay Method of Job Evaluation which has been used by the University in all Job Evaluations process carried out to date. The University will enter into a three year contract value approximately two hundred and fifteen thousand euros cumulative over three years.
