Single party framework for managed ICT services

Tender description

The Contracting Authority intends to create a single party framework for managed ICT services to meet the needs of the Digital Hub Development Agency and its clients over the period of its dissolution. Provision of ICT support services. In April 2021, the Government announced a decision to dissolve the DHDA as a State Agency during 2022. The DHDA have made a decision to award this contract without open procurement as (a) there is uncertainty regarding an exact dissolution date for the Agency which, (b) services are required during this interim period and (c) the current supplier has an intimate knowledge of the network infrastructure in place. Lot 1: The DHDA is appointing a service provider for all of its ICT support needs including, but not limited to: the management of the Campus Network, decommissioning of ICT infrastructure; Service Management; desktop support, management and maintenance of IT equipment; IT Consultancy advice or project management services; provision of IT equipment and related items as and when required; on-site support technician /engineer, reporting to the DHDA IT Services Contract Manager, providing desktop network support, service management and maintenance of IT equipment and management of the Digital Hub Campus network in accordance with DHDA IT Policies; technical assistance in project work to the DHDA IT Services Contract Manager as and when required during the contract period.
