Tender description

We partnered on the L508 Moving Healthcare Professionals Programme #2 tender for this contract with Ipsos MORI in 2019. As a result of that we, Sheffield Hallam University, have a contract from Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (was Public Health England). Ipsos MORI were selected for this partnership approach at the time of the application because they had capabilities and capacity that we did not have. Ipsos MORI have led similar large-scale evaluations and have both the specialist subject matter expertise and the capacity to deliver. We negotiated the split of duties/payment with Ipsos MORI at project inception and a contract was consequently drawn up. We are now paying Ipsos MORI, as agreed under this contract, for project management, managing client relationship, field work, report writing.
