Homes England - ICT Property Asset Management Software Procurement (PTME)

<p>This Pre Tender Market Engagement (PTME) is not a call to competition Homes England are in the process of gathering business requirements to support the procurement and implementation of a new property asset management software system. To help inform the process, provide examples of products and ensure that a wide range of suppliers are identified Homes England have published this EOI. The attached survey has been developed to help gather more information on potential suppliers to ensure that there is transparency throughout the engagement period. The software system will replace the existing Horizon software as provided by MRI Software. The software will primarily be used by the Estate Management team which manages property assets across the country for Homes England. Access to the software will be needed by third party contractors and Estate Management companies and the software will have security processes built in to track and manage access by user, user groups and organisation. The software will be implemented in phases over a period of approximately 2 years and therefore the acquired solution needs to be modular based with functionality and users added at different stages. As the Homes England ICT platform changes there will be a requirement to connect the software with multiple other software systems including finance and GIS (ESRI). The system will act as a single version of the truth and will hold legal information including title deeds, lease information and acquisition and disposal records as well as being the software solution for holding information and maintenance and compliance records including asbestos, land contamination and utilities information.</p> Keywords: Asset Management, Property Asset Management Software, Software
