Comprehensive Lift Maintenance

Tender description

Contract for the provision of Lift Maintenance Reactive & Planned Fully Comprehensive Service North Wales Police continue to require the services of an experienced contractor to carrying out repairs, breakdowns and planned service maintenance to our Estate lifts; with 7 at our Fire & Rescue Stations and 19 at our Police Stations across the region. The types of lifts range from hydraulic and traction passengers, vertical platforms & Traction MRL's. The Force will require the successful contractor to be able to provide evidence of both their experience and best practice in this area of work and the ability to undertake programmed work in an occupied environment. To provide a fully comprehensive service with the ability to react quickly to breakdowns and to respond to jobs efficiently providing jobsheets once complete and to communicate at all time with the contract manager to inform them of changes, issues or delays. The contract is likely to commence around April 2022 and will run for a period of 2 year with the option to extend by a further 3 years in 12 monthly periods.
