Tender description

AEC on behalf of CHAP is inviting bidders to tender for its full IT provision. This should include disaster recovery, cyber security, 2nd and 3rd line IT support and future strategy to fully maximise utilisation of the Microsoft application stack. CHAP is looking for a supplier that is a certified Microsoft partner. The awarded bidder should have a track-record of providing comprehensive support services underpinned by excellent customer service and offers a tailored approach, supported by a robust service level agreement, to meet the requirements of our operations. Whilst this immediate opportunity is for the immediate requirement of CHAP, as this is a framework agreement type of contract, then our sister UK Agri-Tech Innovation Centres (ATICs) as Contracting Authorities are permitted to call-off similar requirements under this framework.
