Tender description

Use of Google Maps APIs to schedule citizens to a geographically appropriate clinic. Lot 1: NSS is commissioned by the Scottish Government to deliver the vaccination solution for citizens in Scotland to be able to view, schedule & reschedule appointments. Key to this requirement is the use of Google Maps APIs to schedule citizens to a geographically appropriate clinic. Specifically, as part of the National Vaccination Scheduling tool where there is an urgent need to calculate the travelling time from a residential postcode to the nearest vaccination clinic. This algorithm is always applied, but acutely relevant when scheduling the elderly or vulnerable/challenged citizens
