Trivallis are seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake a selection of external works to properties in the Tonyrefail area of Rhondda Cynon Taff. This consists of mid, end and terraced houses and 4 blocks of flats each containing 6 units.The associated elements include, but shall not be limited to;I. Renewal of external pitched and flat roofingII. Cavity extractionIII. Installation of external wall insulationIV. Renewal of doors and windowsThe works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of the Rhondda Cynon Taff.This tender exercise is intended to assist Trivallis in selecting a single, suitable partner to deliver the required works and services.NOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
