The work under this contract will update and extend the outputs of an existing project which matches Annual Business Survey (ABS) and HMRC trade data. This project will analyse the ABS/HMRC dataset to indicate how much UK trade is undertaken by manufacturers and distributors, disaggregating by region (including NI). The work will also explore firm characteristics including employment and size.
