Tender description

In 2018, a review was commissioned on police attraction and recruitment. One of those recommendations was to explore establishing a standardised national approach to sifting police applicants. This contract provides for an assessment tool for the purpose of pre-sifting applicants and delivers on this recommendation. The procured assessment tool, will be used by CoP to deliver the standardised national approach and support police forces across England and Wales. This procurement exercise was conducted through the ESPO HR services framework.
