Employer’s Agent Services for the development of the Land next to 22 Crescent Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5SS. The current proposal is for the development of a 4 storey 8 flatted development scheme. All the units will be within the PRS tenure. The employers agent role includes ensuring that all requirements of the Build Contract, Pre- Contract Services and Post Contract Services are adhered to. Including: the receiving and/ or issuing of applications, consents, instructions, notices, requests, statements or otherwise acting for us under the Building Contract.
