Cardiff Council on behalf of Cardiff Capital Region (CCR), Venture is the branch that focuses on the skills and talent element of the region, and is constantly looking to develop and expand. As such, it is also looking to expand its’ operations and outreach with this opportunity, which can be divided into two areas.The first is to provide high quality content for the Venture brand, increasing the current output of content currently produced. It should not only illustrate what the team has been up to, but also help grow the brand to become a one-stop-shop for skills and talent news, job opportunities and training programmes present in the wider Cardiff Capital Region.The second element is to introduce talent mapping into the Venture’s armoury, generating high-quality, real-time data on all things relating to skills within the CCR. This will provide a valuable insight into the current state of play, help address current issues and even plan towards potential challenges within the labour market.
