Award of Upgrade of Corporate Planner Software and Cloud based solution

Tender description

GCU currently uses a software package called Corporate Planner procured from Account-Ability Ltd to develop and generate an annual statutorily required return, the Transparent Approach to Costing (“TRAC”), which is submitted to the Office for Students (“OfS”), the Scottish Funding Council (“SFC”) and the Research Councils (“RCUK”). The existing software package and configuration is no longer fit for purpose therefore upgrade of the existing software package and move from on-premise to a cloud-based solution is required. GCU have investigated alternative providers but there is no direct competitor who has the proven track record and knowledge of the Scottish Universities sector. Account-Ability are not named on any framework agreements. There are software reseller framework agreements available, however, the providers would not be able to offer the full service.
