University of East Anglia - Total Facilities Management Contract

Tender description

The University of East Anglia and QI Partners sought a reputable facilities management contractor with a proven track record in directly delivering and managing technically demanding facilities management services including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, building fabric, cleaning & associated services (Norwich Research Park only), works projects and helpdesk services across UEA's Main Campus, and the Quadram Institute, Bob Champion and Edith Cavell buildings within the Norwich Research Park. The TFM contract is due to commence on 15th February 2022 for a period of 5 years with an option to extend the contract by 1+1 years. UEA may extend the scope of this contract to cover the FM service provisions to other selected locations. Bidders should note that whilst this was a single procurement process, the successful bidder will be expected to enter into separate contracts with UEA and QI Partners for their respective buildings.
