Provision of Services for the Electrical Installation of a Dust Collection System at Smartply Europe DAC

Tender description

Smartply are seeking tender submissions from suitably qualified electrical installation contractors to power and wire a new Scheuch impulse round filter for the collection of dust as fuel for the new Energy Plant & Dryer (EP&D). The new filter will be installed external to the plant. The objective is to provide adequate power as per the scope drawings to ensure the safe and compliant installation of this filtration system. This project is entwined with the larger EP& Dryer install project. This Projects Schedule and activities will need to be coordinated with the main Dryer project and the PSCS appointed too same. It is envisaged that most of the electrical installation will take place prior to the switch over shutdown. (End of March 2022) The balance of the install and commission will follow the decommission of the existing Torit filter during the Switch Over shut down. Please note that the Scheuch filter system, and spark detection components are FREE ISSUE by Smartply to the successful contractor, all other Materials, Components, Plant, Equipment and Labour to complete the works is the responsibility of the contractor.
