Tender description

The West Midlands Growth Company (WMGC) was established in April 2017. The WMGC is owned by the WMCA and its Constituent Members (Birmingham CC, Coventry CC, Sandwell MBC, Solihull MBC, Dudley MBC, Walsall MBC & Wolverhampton CC), with governance that heavily involves the public sector in the majority. Its core WMCA and local authority funding will be used to attract significant additional funding from the private sector and other sources, such as future Devolution Deals. It operates leisure and business tourism programmes Visit and Meet Birmingham, inward investment programme, Business Birmingham, and its partnership programme. WMGC also hosts the region's Convention Bureau, and the West Midlands India Partnership. The aim of this project is to design and fit out our new office space that creates an exciting and environmentally sustainable workplace, that can showcase what the West Midlands can offer whilst giving a nod to its history.
