An Post have recently launched our Green Institute which is our continuous commitment in developing our management and leadership pipeline to enable us to meet our future needs. We have identified and require two distinct programmes as part of our Green Institute commitment. Talent Acceleration Programmes • Design – Initial requirement is to create and develop bespoke talent acceleration programmes for An Post. • Delivery – facilitate learning and coaching sessions from design stage to support audience learning and upskilling, from entry level grades to middle management level • Administration – manage all administration for the programme including calendar invites, materials, access requests, and queries. • Evaluation – effectively evaluate the delivery of bespoke programmes to demonstrate effectiveness. • Leadership and Management Masterclasses As part of our offering within the Green Institute we would like to offer masterclasses to our managers and leaders in the first instance and then potentially to extend these to other levels in the organisation in due course. We are seeking to contract with an external provider with proven capability in neuroscience and leadership; for the following focus areas:  Having quality conversations and ‘check ins’ with our teams  Developing our teams’ capabilities and supporting their career progression The objective of embedding neuroscience within the offering is to provide leaders and managers with a new, fresh and practical way of thinking about leading through others. The purpose is to generate better conversations about people development and long term career progression.
