GB-Hinckley: PQQ - Re-Roofing and Responsive Roofing Repairs of Council Dwellings

NOTE: This notice was updated on 04 January 2022 for the following reason: Added to Contracts Finder(The successful contractor will support Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council's own In-House repairs service in providing a responsive roofing maintenance service and this element of the work, has an estimated value of £100,000 per annum for the successful bidder. The successful bidder will also be required to undertake planned renewals of complete rooftops to Council properties, with an estimated value of £600,000 per annum. The contract will initially be for a 3 year period which is within the financial years 1st April 2022 to March 2025; with an option to extend 1 year plus 1 year.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
