Cornwall Council uses the Supplying the South West Portal found at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk to advertise all tender opportunities. New users to the system must register on this site to obtain access to the council's e-tendering system (Proactis). Cornwall Council is seeking tender submissions for a suitably qualified and experienced party to manage, coordinate and deliver an exciting and engaging programme of new arts, cultural, creative and free moving collaborative experiences across Cornwall to help reanimate town centres and to encourage people back safely, contribute to community cohesion and generate economic impact for local businesses. This cultural programme should encourage year-round footfall, including that to less-visited towns, and provide safe options for people to reunite with friends and family. It will also contribute to the Council's priorities towards a thriving, sustainable Cornwall for all within vibrant, safe, supportive communities.
