Tender description

This tender is to appoint an Architect led Design Team for a Deep Retrofit of UCC’s Enterprise Centre, North Mall Campus using ground source heat pump under the Energy Efficient and De-carbonisation Pathfinder Program. UCC plan to carry out a deep retrofit of the 2900 sq. m Existing Enterprise Centre building in the North Mall Campus under the EEDPP The team will comprise the following members  Architectural Services (including DAC & Fire) & Employers Representative  Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services including BER Assessor  Quantity Surveying Services Other members of the design team will be a direct appointment to UCC i.e. PSDP , EED Specialist, Civil Structural Engineer, Planning & Asbestos Consultants. This competition is conducted using an open procedure with a qualitative assessment. The appointment of the successful team will be determined by virtue of a test to determine the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders (“MEAT”), following a qualification stage.
