The construction of a new standalone Sports Hall, standalone teaching block and internal alterations and refurbishment works to part of the existing building at Fulbrook Middle School in Woburn Sands. Lot 1: The construction of a new standalone Sports Hall, standalone teaching block and internal alterations and refurbishment works to part of the existing building at Fulbrook Middle School in Woburn Sands.The project includes all associated Mechanical and Electrical Service works, decorations and external landscaping to accommodate the new construction.The proposed works are being constructed as a result of Central Bedfordshire Councils aspirations to move schools from a 3 tier system to a 2 tier system.
