Call off from RM6018 Research Marketplace

Tender description

The contract is to provide a range of specialist research and analytical services designed to elicit and understand the attitudes and behaviours of individuals (end-users including non-users) when interacting with pensions dashboards, the views of stakeholders and build the Programme's understanding of the pensions landscape. Work packages from this call-off contract will contribute to the evidence base for the Pensions Dashboards Programme. The work packages will also inform a number of aligned organisations and areas of work: the Money and Pensions Service, which is designing its own pensions dashboard, The Pensions Regulator and Financial Conduct Authority who are responsible for regulating pension providers who will ultimately be providing data to be viewed on dashboards, and the Department for Work and Pensions which is responsible for the policy objectives.
