Retrofit to existing housing to improve energy performance of the buildings, by (not exhaustive) removing and replacing existing external doors and windows, removal of existing heating systems and making good, installation of new heat pump heating system and remove, replace all existing light fittings with a new LED solution including associated ancillary works.
