Service Contract For Leica Microdissection System

Tender description

2.1 Specific requirements The Contractor shall provide the Standard Care level of service provision for the Equipment which shall include, for the specified Agreement Term, the following: 2.1.1 One (1) Preventative Maintenance visit per instrument per annum, to include the following: - Microscope maintenance and revision - Microscope cleaning - Microscope functionality tests - Software upgrade - All travel and labour costs for the Preventative Maintenance visits only; - A 10% discount from Leica list prices on replacement of any Repair Parts; - A 10% discount from Leica list prices on travel and labour for Corrective Maintenance visits. - Priority processing in the event of a breakdown and on site response within a maximum of five (5) day working days. - Technical Phone support Monday to Friday. - Provision of service reports within four (4) Working Days of a site visit by the Contractor. The report shall include date of visit, type of visit, serial number of the specific Equipment, description of issue, action taken to resolve the issue, confirmation the issue is resolved / actions required and timescales to resolve the issue.
