Tender description

Evaluation of the rise in competence for special education and inclusive practice is a task Utdanningsdirektoratet (the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training) received from Kunnskapsdepartementet (the Ministry of Education and Research). It is described in Appendix No 6 to the award letter to the Norwegian Directorate of Education and Training for 2020, and is task 12 in assignment 2020-031 about the follow-up the follow-up of Meld. 6 St. 6 (2019-2020).Close up - early intervention and inclusive community in kindergarten, school and after-school care. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/151004552.aspx This assignment will evaluate organisation, development and goal achievement of the rise in competence for special education and inclusive practice in municipalities and counties, and how practice in nursery schools, school and municipalities is affected by skills upgrading and of the changes in Statped's service offer. It will be investigated whether the initiative contributes to increased competence for the target groups, and whether this competence comes closer to the children and students. The evaluation assignment will provide knowledge that can contribute to adjustments up until 2025, and develop a relevant knowledge base for the permanent scheme that takes effect from 2025.
