We are seeking to engage an organisation to provide specialist management services advice, including procurement expertise and project management. The Board has considered a range of alternative future delivery options for its National Outdoor Centre at Plas Menai in North Wales in the light of a changing sports sector and the Sport Wales strategic intents published during 2019. The Board of Sport Wales believes that this is an exciting time for our organisation and having considered all possibilities, have concluded that it is timely to review the current market and operational business models for our National Outdoor Centre in North Wales, which could include partnerships with others that help to harness wider commercial acumen and industry expertise.
