* **Pre market engagement*** - ID 3240303 - TEO - SIB - Installation of Automatic Meter Reading Systems -Pre Market Engagement Exercise - Please see the Pre-Market Engagement exercise document (inc. questionnaire) for all relevant details. SIB in partnership with CPD are intending to develop a collaborative call off contract for the installation of Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) systems. This contract will be delivered via the Crown Commercial Service’s HELGA (Heat Networks and Electricity Generation Assets) DPS. This will allow departments and ALB’s to install energy (and water) metering along with the energy data management software, under a single contract, at sites of their choosing within the contract period. Prior to initiating the procurement SIB wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. The objectives of this exercise are to: • Gain initial supplier awareness, engagement and opinion; • Raise awareness with suppliers of the intention to run the tender via the CCS HELGA DPS (details below); • Provide confidence around viability of concept; • Gain insight to the market possibilities and potential innovative solutions; • Understand risks and issues not previously considered; • Inform the Procurement Strategy; and • Prevent the department from advertising an unachievable project at Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) stage. *PLEASE NOTE: ALL COMPLETED QUESTIONNAIRES MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA THE MESSAGING FUNCTION on eTendersNI, BEFORE 3PM ON THE DATE SPECIFIED BELOW UNDER 'Time-limit for receipt of tenders or requests to participate'.
