Tender description

Tenders are sought for the supply and erection of a 20 m x 12.8 m Glasshouse, which will be located at Tops Potato Propagation Centre, Raphoe, Co Donegal, F93 HV02, with a separate, temperature controlled, isolation room. The main purpose of the glasshouse is for potato mini-tuber production with the Isolation room to be used for virus diagnostics. Given the vulnerable nature of the mini-tuber crop and its requirement to be virus free, it is essential that the isolation room is a completely sealed unit and therefore produces no risk of aphids/dust spores/water droplets etc. entering the main part of the glasshouse. Glasshouse construction must conform to strength calculation program CASTA, version 3.01 SP1.
