Fairfield Housing Association - Lotted MTC 2021/22 – 2024/25 Lot 1 – Repairs Maintenance & Voids Lot 2 – Electrical Reactive Maintenance Lot 3 – Communal Close and Void Cleaning Please note that Kingdom Housing Association (KHA) are running this procurement activity for Fairfield Housing Association. Please be aware that it will be KHA undertaking the process and asking any follow up questions if necessary. Lot 1: Fairfield Housing Association - R&M and Voids Reactive Maintenance Lot 1 – R&M and Voids Reactive Maintenance To carry out reactive repairs including out of hours emergencies covering 365 days per year and 24/7 in-day and out of hours reactive repairs to properties and common areas at various sites within Fairfield Housing Association’s stock as may be required from time to time during the Contract Period by the Contract Administrator or his representatives All trades works including but not exclusively Joiner, Plumber, Electrical, Builder, Plastering, Painting, Tiler, etc. Lot 3: Fairfield Housing Association - Communal Close and Void Cleaning Lot 3 – Communal Close and Void Cleaning To carry out common close and void cleaning and adhoc cleaning as required to properties and common areas at various sites within Fairfield Housing Association’s stock as may be required from time to time during the Contract Period by the Contract Administrator or his representatives.
