Tender description

Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Authority has completed a further competition from the West Midlands Ambulance Service Trust Framework Agreement for Safe Working at Heights PPE for the provision of industrial descenders for use by the four Level 3 rope rescue teams at Specialist Rescue Stations to conduct rescues from height, using techniques including team based lowering & hauling from top belay position, personal descending and ascending on a rope, controlled lowering of loads up to and including two person loads and stretcher borne casualties.
