This contract is for the provision of overnight and related short breaks for children and young people with complex health needs, including those with physical and/or learning disabilities, those who require palliative care (continuing care) and those with associated sensory impairments as well as children and young people with ASD accompanied by server learning disabilities and/or behaviour which is challenging. Lot 1: CS5637.1 Lot 1 This contract is for the provision of overnight and related short breaks for children and young people with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) accompanied by server learning disabilities and/or behaviour which is challenging. Lot 2: CS5637.1 Lot 2 This contract is for the provision of overnight and related short breaks for children and young people with complex health needs, including those with physical and/or learning disabilities, those who require palliative care (continuing care) and those with associated sensory impairments as well as children and young people with ASD accompanied by server learning disabilities and/or behaviour which is challenging.
