CR127 Pre-Market Engagement Exercise for the Supply, Installation, Repair and Maintenance of White Goods

Midland Heart is currently considering procurement options for the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of domestic and commercial/communal white goods, and wishes to engage with the market in order to gather ideas and suggestions to inform any future specification and procurement of the goods and services. Please note that this pre-market engagement exercise does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, is not an invitation to tender or quote and is not an offer to enter into a contract. This is simply an information gathering exercise in order to help shape Midland Heart's requirements and inform any future specification. Midland Heart would like to understand the supply market, and it's offerings, for the supply, installation, maintenance and repair of domestic and commercial/communal appliances/white goods (such as cookers, fridges, freezers, dishwashers, washing machines, tumble dryers and portable air conditioning units). Midland Heart is looking to understand what contractual arrangements would offer the most efficiency.
