BCNHSFT/01 - Occupational Health Services for Bridgewater Community NHS FT

Tender description

Tenders are invited for the provision of a modern, cost-effective, comprehensive and pro-active occupational health and well-being service which will include the following: • Pre-employment health screening • Targeted reduction of sickness absence • Sickness absence medical referrals • Health surveillance including Ergonomic assessments • Ill health prevention and health promotion • Vaccination and Immunisation programmes • Counselling and psychological support services • Musculoskeletal / Physiotherapy services • An Employee Assistance Programme which will include: o 24/7 Freephone telephone support service o Access to information, advice and support across a range of topics, either via telephone or online services o Wellbeing Outreach services providing staff support via phone, text and email and emotional first aid for staff. The contract will be for 2 years initially with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years subject to any updates placed nationally.
